where did summer go?

seriously, is this a practical joke or am i completely wacked out?
summer please may i ask that you safely return and serve your purpose that we all so love this time of the year!!

im glad i've had a small but fulfilling chance to catch a slight sun colouring to the skin, but all off a sudden i am wearing winter woolies again. dont get me wrong i love to layer, but come on, not to the point where i over heat and tremble from the freezing wind.
lets face it, i only have myself to blame. this all happened because i stashed away the coats/furs/daggy trackies and the uggs, so quickly.

i am already having red leaf bay withdrawals. beach hair styling can say good bye, what about falling asleep on the sand!!!!!! ice cream for breakfast, little to none outfits!!!

I WANT TO GO SWIMMING ALREADY!

on the other hand, christmas is actually here! i can smell it and i can feel it pulsing in my blood. im not going to have a xmas tree this year. last years was quite the let down, so i dont want to go through the waves of bad xmas decoration emotions this year. i might just merchandise the wardrobe to mostly reds, greens and metalics. i suppose if i had five minutes to spare i would go have a quick pic with the present masta santa, but who has time FOR ANYTHING in retail this time of year? i am dreading boxing day. i actually have chills down my spine thinking about it. my heart just went from normal to rapid pace.
someone get me a drink!

i feeling good other than that. i dared to go pink with the hair, absolutely addicted. i went home to the parents in brisbane for a short time. loved having a home cooked meal. and in all honesty i can not wait for 2011 to be over. im ready for a new start and to set new goals.
this summer i will ride a bike, cover my wrists in collectable fashion ties and eat a whole mango every single day.
